Two paths, one standard.

How a search runs for employers, and how candidates move through the network. Both are structured, AI-assisted and reviewed by a person.

For employers

From the first call to an interview-ready shortlist, in seven steps.

  1. Discovery call

A focused conversation about your company, your team and the role. We ask about the real requirements, not only the job-description bullets.

  2. Role analysis

We write a structured profile of the role: skills, experience level, team context and deal-breakers. It becomes the standard every applicant is measured against.

  3. Search and candidate intake

Outreach and sourcing aimed at that profile. Candidates complete a structured intake rather than only sending a resume.

  4. AI-assisted evaluation

Each profile is analysed against the role. Scores, alignment and possible gaps are recorded the same way for everyone.

  5. Human review

Someone on our team reviews every result before it reaches you, checking quality, consistency and whether the person really fits what you described.

  6. Shortlist delivery

Four to eight candidates, each with a fit summary: role fit, experience notes and what to probe in interview.

  7. Interview feedback

After interviews we collect your feedback. It sharpens the next submissions and, if needed, the role profile itself.

For candidates

From your profile to an introduction, in five steps.

  1. Send your profile

A short structured form about your experience, skills, the role you want and when you are available.

  2. Profile review

Our team reads your profile and maps it against active searches, looking at the whole picture, not only your job title.

  3. Fit analysis

When a relevant role opens, your profile is evaluated against it, on alignment rather than keyword count.

  4. We call you first

If you fit, we contact you about the role. No blind submissions and no surprises.

  5. Introduction

With your agreement, we introduce you to the employer with context: your strengths, fit notes and anything they should know.
