Fewer resumes. Better hires.

Every candidate you see has been measured against your role and read by a person. You interview four to eight people, not thirty.

Sound familiar?

  • Reading fifty resumes to find three worth calling
  • Candidates who look right on paper and wrong in the room
  • Interview slots spent on people who were never a fit
  • No consistent way to compare one applicant with the next
  • Months lost to a hire that seemed promising

What we do instead

  • An intake that captures what a strong fit looks like, not only the requirements
  • AI-assisted evaluation that holds every applicant to the same criteria
  • A person on our team who catches mismatches before they reach you
  • Short fit summaries in place of raw resumes
  • Interview feedback that sharpens every search after the first

After you reach out

Three steps from first call to first shortlist, usually inside two weeks.

  1. A 15-minute discovery call

We learn about the role, your team, and how hiring has gone so far. No commitment, and no fee to talk.

  2. A structured role intake

Together we write the signal profile: must-haves, what is only nice to have, what rules someone out, and what strong looks like.

  3. A shortlist within days

Four to eight evaluated, reviewed candidates, each with a fit summary. Usually 5–7 business days after intake.

No retainer to start. No fee to talk. We reply within one business day.

Questions before you call

How is this different from a staffing agency?

Agencies usually send volume and leave the screening to you. We start with a structured intake, evaluate every applicant against it with AI, and a person reviews each candidate before anything reaches you.

How long until I see a shortlist?

Most clients receive their first shortlist 5–7 business days after the intake is agreed. Specialised roles can take longer, and we will say so upfront.

What does a shortlist include?

Each candidate comes with a fit summary: how they match the role, notes on their experience, what to probe in interview, and our recommendation.

Can you fill roles outside tech?

Yes. We often work on technology and operations roles, but the method works for any role where fit matters. We will tell you honestly on the call if we are not the right match.

Do you work with companies outside Ontario?

We mainly serve Ontario employers. If you are based elsewhere but hiring for an Ontario role, we are happy to talk.

What if the shortlist is not right?

Tell us why. Your feedback refines the signal profile and we search again. The process is built to improve each round.
