The role comes first.
Before anyone is searched for, we write down what the job really needs: the work, the team, the deal-breakers, what good looks like six months in.

HireVyze is an Ontario recruitment firm. We define the role, evaluate every applicant against it with AI, and a person reviews each shortlist before it reaches you.
4–8
candidates on a shortlist, not a stack of thirty resumes
5–7
business days from intake to your first shortlist
1 day
to reply when you reach out, on business days
Every
shortlist is read by a person before you see it
Most hiring starts with a pile of resumes. We start with the role, so you meet four to eight people who fit it.

A focused call about the role, the team and why the job is open. We write it down as a structured intake: what is required, what is only nice to have, and what rules someone out.
Every applicant is measured against the intake with the same criteria. The AI organises the evidence and scores the fit; it does not make the decision.
| Candidate | Close cycles | NetSuite | Leads staff | Fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | 8 yrs | Yes | 2 | 92 |
| B | 6 yrs | Yes | 0 | 87 |
| C | 9 yrs | No | 3 | 81 |
| D | 4 yrs | Yes | 1 | 74 |
| E | 2 yrs | No | 0 | 58 |
A person on our team reads every result. We take out the candidates who only look right on paper, keep the ones the scores undersell, and note what you should ask.
You get four to eight candidates, each with a fit summary. After interviews, your feedback goes back into the intake, so the next search starts sharper.

This is the start of a real intake. On the call we fill in the rest with you, and it becomes the standard every applicant is measured against. Start with this role →
Before anyone is searched for, we write down what the job really needs: the work, the team, the deal-breakers, what good looks like six months in.

Applicants are measured against that written role: depth of experience, relevant skills, the domain they know. A missing buzzword does not sink a good person.

The AI does the first pass. Our team checks every result, removes the ones that only look right on paper, and flags what you should ask about.

Each candidate arrives with a short fit summary: how they match, what their experience means for this role, and what is still worth probing.

What you learn in interviews goes back into the role profile, so the second shortlist is sharper than the first.

When a role fits, we call you first. If you agree, we introduce you with a summary of why you fit, not a forwarded PDF.
Most agencies send a volume of resumes and leave the screening to you. We do the opposite: a structured intake first, AI-assisted evaluation against it, then a person reviews every candidate before anything reaches you. You see fewer people, and every one has been evaluated.
Most clients receive their first shortlist 5–7 business days after the role intake is agreed. Specialised roles can take longer, and we tell you that upfront.
Four to eight candidates, each with a fit summary: how they match the role, notes on their experience, what to probe in the interview, and our recommendation.
No. We often work on technology and operations roles, but the method works for any role where fit matters. On the discovery call we will tell you honestly whether we are the right match.
We are based in Ontario and mainly serve Ontario employers. If you are elsewhere but hiring for an Ontario-based role, we are happy to talk.
Tell us why. Your feedback refines the role profile and we search again. The process is built to improve with each round, not to hand over one list and stop.
