AI reads. People decide.

We use AI to bring structure and consistency to evaluation, not to take judgement out of hiring. Here is what it does, and what it never does.

Where the AI sits

In the middle of a process that people start and people finish.

  1. Role intake

    written with you

  2. Profile

    built from the intake

  3. AI evaluation

    same criteria for all

  4. Human review

    every single result

  5. Shortlist

    ready for interviews

What it does

It adds consistency, structure and signal. The judgement that good hiring needs stays with people.

  1. Role-fit analysis

Profiles are evaluated against the structured role signal defined at intake: requirements, context and priorities. Not a keyword match.

  2. Skills mapping

Skills are weighed against what the role actually needs. Depth and relevance outweigh a long list.

  3. Experience alignment

Years, domain and seniority are judged relative to the role, never applied as a universal cut-off.

  4. Consistent screening

Every candidate is held to the same written criteria, which removes the drift of manual screening at volume.

  5. Signal summaries

Each evaluation ends in a structured summary of strengths, gaps and alignment, used to inform human review, not replace it.

  6. A human review layer

Our team reviews every AI evaluation before anything is shared with an employer. Every shortlist is human-vetted.

What it never does

  • It does not make hiring decisions. People review every output before it shapes a shortlist.
  • It does not judge people on characteristics unrelated to the job.
  • It does not guarantee a hire. It improves what decision-makers know.
  • It does not replace the discovery call. People define the role before any evaluation means anything.
  • Its output is never forwarded to employers word for word. It is input to a human review.

Principles we hold to

AI-assisted, not AI-decided

We use AI to organise and evaluate candidate information. Shortlist decisions involve human review. We do not automate hiring decisions.

Transparent evaluation

Employers receive summaries with documented reasoning. Candidates are evaluated on defined criteria, not an opaque score.

Privacy by design

Candidate data is used for recruitment matching only. It is not sold, pooled for other purposes, or shared without informed consent.

Structured, not discriminatory

Criteria are tied to the requirements of the role, never to demographic signals, location proxies or anything unrelated to the work.
